最近想食下燉奶,但有間燉奶店依家賣成$30以上,嘩!嚇死了!所以我決定自家製!
This is a Hong Kong styled dessert called Milk Pudding and actually it is very easy to make it at home at a very low cost.
材料:(1人份)Ingredients for 1 person
蛋白 Egg White: 1 /隻piece
鮮奶(建議使用鮮奶)Milk (recommended fresh milk)
糖-2茶匙(可以自己選擇)Sugar 2 tea spoons
食物成本 Food cost:HK$3-4
做法 Steps:
1) 將沙糖加入牛奶煮熱(不用滾,只要溶掉沙糖)
Boil the sugar with the milk (just dissolve the sugar)
2) 將蛋白打勻
Beat the egg white
3) 將熱奶慢慢倒入蛋白(一邊搞拌以免把蛋煮熟)
Mix egg white with the milk mixture
4) 將奶倒入盛器
Serve them on your container
煮法1 / cooking method 1:
焗爐180度焗15分鐘 (用水隔離焗 (bain marin))
Use bain marin to bake 15 mins at 180 degree
煮法2 / Cooking method 2:
用水蒸15分鐘
Use water bath to steam for 15 minutes
